Contact Center Solution PH is a sister company of Presidium (an industrial tech company), Metrologyx (an IOT company) and MIT (a learning institution).
Presidium is an IOT company that supplies control products and services as well as high technology automation straight from Cebu City.
Everything Presidium does is provide appropriate and technologically- advanced automation to those that need them, backed with certified engineers that have been in service for many years.
Metrologyx is the solution to every project Presidium has. It primarily offers training services, maintenance, repair and calibration.
Metrologyx is specialized in automation solution projects, mechatronics and any instrumentation, making it the engineering group that supports Presidium.
MIT is dedicated to schooling those that can’t afford to go to college. This school is fully-equipped to teach and train individuals who don’t have the resources to change their lives. So MIT gives it to them on a silver platter.
Hey, I’m Jerome – I founded Contact Center Solutions PH because I have dreams like everyone else.
What sets me apart from other CEOs and Founders is my stubbornness and determination to give the unfortunate a chance at a future. No BS. I’ve done it before. I will do it again.
My desire? Simple. I want to lend a hand. As a small business owner myself, I’ve launched different businesses. In that time, I found out that in order for me to be successful, I need to help my customers succeed in what they want first. That by providing them on what they need, they will grow.
I learned a simple fact. People are important. Providing the right talents to people who need them? That’s important to my goal. If I want to be successful, I need people that can do the job effectively.
